When scheduling your appointment, we will ask a series of question.
Appointments Arrival
To avoid multiple patients in the waiting room, appointments are staggered and need to come unaccompanied. Minors may come with one guardian. Please allow extra time for your appointment.
Temperature Checks
Upon arrival we will take your temperature with a no-touch thermometer.
Mask Up!
All patients and staff MUST wear a mask while in our office. Upon entering and exiting you must sanitize your hands.
